Will you recommend rebuilding everything?
Very rarely. Rebuilds are expensive and risky, and most problems have a cheaper fix. When a rebuild genuinely is the right call, we will show you the numbers behind that view.
Can the site stay live while you work?
Yes. We work in stages behind the running system and release in increments, so there is no long period where nothing is usable.
How short can an engagement be?
A focused audit with a written outcome is usually one to two weeks. The work that follows is scoped from that, and you can stop after the audit if you would rather do it in-house.
